Can I cancel at any time?
With the monthly plan, you can cancel at any time and won't be charged for the following month. However, for the 6-month commitment, service fees are non-refundable for unused time.
What happens if I exceed 3,000 messages?
The system continues to operate normally to ensure you don't miss customers. You will be charged an overage fee of 100,000 ₫ for each additional block of 1,000 AI replies (up to a maximum of 25,000 messages/month).
What does the support fee include?
The monthly support fee includes ongoing AI script optimization, data updates when your pricing/services change, API maintenance, and direct technical support via Zalo/Email during business hours.
Can I try before I buy?
Repio offers a live demo using your actual Fanpage data in 15 minutes. We don't have a completely free trial as each account requires initial AI setup effort (Setup fee).
What channels does Repio support?
Currently, the system integrates directly, officially, and securely with Meta Messenger (Facebook) and Zalo OA (Zalo). All messages from these platforms are consolidated into a single management interface.
